1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18, legally able to enter a contract, and permitted to use this type of information where you live. You are responsible for checking and following local law.
2. Membership options
Membership may include the Greyhound feed, Horse feed, or VIP access to both. The checkout page states the price, billing interval, and included access before payment.
3. Payment and renewal
Recurring memberships renew at the interval selected at checkout until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe under its own terms. Promotional codes apply only where accepted at checkout. The 50OFF promotion applies to the first payment of an eligible monthly membership and not to weekly or annual plans.
4. Access
Access instructions are provided after successful checkout. Membership is personal to you. Do not share private group links, dashboard credentials, alert content, or paid service access with another person.
5. Cancellations and billing help
Contact @sharpsignalkane before your next renewal for cancellation or billing support. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not normally reverse a payment already made, except where required by law. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
6. Service availability
We work to provide timely delivery, accurate records, and reliable member access. Racing changes, communications outages, third-party platform availability, maintenance, or events outside reasonable control may interrupt the service. We may make proportionate changes needed to maintain, secure, or improve it.
7. Results and risk
Results are timestamped internal records maintained under the Results Policy. They are not independently audited and do not predict future performance. You decide whether to act, how much to stake, and when to stop. Never participate with money you cannot afford to lose.
8. Acceptable use
You must not copy, resell, publish, automate access to, interfere with, or attempt to bypass the security of the service. We may suspend access while investigating misuse and may end access for a material or repeated breach.
9. Liability
Sharp Signal is supplied for general information. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for decisions you make, indirect loss, or loss resulting from unavailable delivery. We do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
